This sparkling wines is produced from Prosecco grapes that were cultivated on the hills. It has a fine and persistent perlage, because of the slow and low temperature fermentation. The perfume reminds apple, apricot and wisteria. The tase is harmoniously dry.
It's particularly suggested with pasta, cheese and white meat courses.
